1. Consultation

The initial consultation is conducted on site. One of our qualified Gold Coast Pool Designers will meet with you to gather information about key aspects of your building project, including land space available, design concepts, construction and budgets.

Most importantly, we’ll discuss with you the reasons why you want a pool; whether it’s a lap pool for keeping fit, a summer play area for the children or a private retreat for you to relax and unwind.

With this information, our Pool Designer will draw a layout of the pool design and prepare a FREE no obligation quote for you.

2. Contract

At this stage, you can make changes to the pool design and layout before giving your final approval. We can advise you on the most suitable options for pool pumps and filters, cleaning systems, fencing and green solutions like solar heating.

A contract is signed and initial payment is made. We then prepare and submit a site plan for the engineers involved in the project, and submit a copy to the local council for their approval

3. Commence Build

Once all the relevant approvals have been received, Banora Pools will commence building your new pool and spa. The construction process, from start to finish is around six to eight weeks. This is subject to the availability of materials and weather conditions.
